Dear Chuck,

You words were never more true than now. The Devil is having a hay day trying to break down people's confidence in God in so many more ways now than in the past... Families have to guard aginst so many battles that threaten their unity, preachers have to fight for the right to tell their church members what the bible says, government officials using their jobs to sway public opinions on their sorted ways of life-- We really do need to cover our lives and others with prayer now more than ever.

Thanks for your testimony,
Linda

Letting prayer "intrude" into the business of church and agenda of the day is a great way to increase God-awareness in an increasingly corporatised church.

Thanks for the insight and reminder about our adversary(s). There is, of course, a REAL spiritual struggle taking place but many of us are "asleep at the wheel". It would appear that we need to adopt the first century attitude of prayer AND fasting to seek Him and His will, with all our hearts.
